  • 1/2 Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Quest Bar 95 calories
  • 1/2 cup Greek vanilla yogurt 100 calories
  • 1 tablespoon coconut, unsweetened, shredded and toasted lightly 35 calories
  • 1/3 banana, sliced 25 calories


  1. Take the Quest bar out of the wrapper and microwave on a plate for 8 seconds. Then break into little bite-sized balls of varying sizes.  

  2. In a clear glass or mini jar add in this order: banana, coconut, cookie dough balls, then Greek yogurt. Repeat. Top with any remaining ingredients left over.
